Devon Noble comes from a background rooted in financial services, with exposure to insurance, investments, and corporate finance from an early age. He was taught the fundamentals of money early, pay yourself first, build for the long term, and use leverage intelligently to create opportunities. Those principles shaped every stage of his career. From wealth management to financing, and even contributing to the design of financial solutions for Canadians, Devon developed a deep understanding of how money, debt, and structure work together. What became clear over time was a gap: the strategies used by financially sophisticated households were not being applied or even understood by the majority of Canadians. Now, as a licensed mortgage broker with Tango Financial (Ontario) and a certified Smith Manoeuvre professional, Devon focuses on closing that gap. He works with homeowners and real estate investors to restructure their mortgages with intention, helping them convert debt, improve tax efficiency, and build long-term wealth through strategies that are already available, but rarely implemented correctly. These are not just concepts he teaches. Devon applies the same strategies within his own household, building for his wife and growing family with the same disciplined, long-term approach. His focus is simple: help Canadians stop treating their mortgage as a liability, and start using it as a tool to move forward.

Sean Smith grew up watching his family build businesses, and watching what happens when financial decisions get made without the right strategy behind them. The entrepreneurial drive was always there. What was missing, too often, was the structure to protect it. That gap became his focus. Over fifteen years of brokering, Sean has worked across the full spectrum of Canadian real estate finance - from first-time buyers to multi-property investors, across asset classes and market cycles. That breadth of experience built something most advisors don't have: a clear picture of where Canadians consistently leave money on the table, and exactly what it costs them over a lifetime. What he kept seeing was the same problem in different forms. Hardworking people with real assets, real income, and real potential - structured inefficiently. Paying more tax than necessary. Carrying the wrong kind of debt. Treating their mortgage as something to survive rather than something to engineer. Sean believes there is a roadmap to the Canadian dream. Not a shortcut, and not a secret - a structured, proven path that already exists within the Canadian tax code and mortgage system. Most people just don't have the right people in their corner to find it and execute it properly. As a licensed Mortgage Agent Level 2 with Tango Financial (Ontario) and a co-founder of Freedom10, Sean works with landlords and homeowners to implement that roadmap - applying the same strategies to his own finances that he builds for his clients. The advice he grew up watching people go without stops with his generation.
