Devon Noble

Devon Noble grew up in a household rooted in financial services, with exposure to insurance, investments and corporate finance from an early age. Money was something he was taught: pay yourself first, build for the long term, and understand how debt and leverage work before you use them.

Those principles shaped his career, from wealth management to financing to contributing to the design of financial solutions for Canadians. Along the way he developed a deep understanding of how money, debt and structure work together.

What became clear over time was a gap. The debt strategies used by financially sophisticated households were rarely explained to, or understood by, most Canadians.

As a co-founder of Freedom10 and a Smith Manoeuvre Certified Professional, Devon works to close that gap. He teaches rental cash damming, the Smith Manoeuvre and debt swaps, and designs them with clients so they understand what their debt is being used for and how to run the strategy themselves.

These are not just concepts he teaches. Devon uses the same strategies in his own household, building for his wife and growing family with the same disciplined, long-term approach.
